Structure of Stable Performance Ultrafine Grinding Mill:
Raw material is crushed by jaw crusher or impact crusher, and the crushed raw material will be lifted to the hopper by elevator and then will be conveyed into the grinding mill by belt conveyor. Through the air-lock device, the raw material falls down onto the grinding table. The grinding table rotates with the help of reducer. The raw material will move towards the edge of grinding table and between the roller and ring because of the centrifugal force. And the raw material will be ground into powder.
With the pressure of the roller, the materials are smashed by extrusion, grinding and shearing in the ultrafine grinding mill. At the same time, the airflow will blow the powder up through the classifier, and the coarser powder will be blocked by the turbine classifier and falls down onto the grinding table to be reground. And the fine powder will be collected in the pulse-jet collector. This step repeats until qualified fine powder is discharged. These constitute the entire grinding process.
A fineness range of 325mesh to 2500 mesh can be completed with the help of static and dynamic spearator. And powder size distribution can also be controlled by this 5 motor or 7 motor classifier. This ultrafine grinding mill is widely used in non-metalic industries; such as calcium carbonate, kaolin, barite, bentonite, talc, limestone, dolomite etc.
This ultrafine vertical grinding mill is composed of the main mill and transmission device, and is also provided with separate lubrication and cooling stations. The transmission device is composed of reducer, motor, foundation part, and coupling, etc.
The hydraulic system plays an important role in the whole grinding process, which is mainly composed of fuel tank, accumulator and connecting pipes and other components. The ultrafine vertical grinding mill pressure device may control the pressure of grinding roller automatically or manually during operation and can adjust the pressure automatically based on material grind ability and wear conditions of the rollers and disc. By doing so, it can both reduce consumption and extend the service life of roller sleeves and liners. At the same time, the buffer effect provided by the accumulator allows the pressure imposed by the hydraulic cylinder to have great flexibility and automatic adjustability. If large and hard debris encountered, the roller may jump to avoid damage to it caused by excessive load.
Ultrafine Grinding Mill Roller Height Limit Device:
The limit device of a vertical grinder allows light-load start of the grinder and adjustable gap between grinding roller and disc. It will provide a stable bed of material, improve the efficiency of grinding, ensure no direct contact between the grinding roller and disc in case of interrupted material feed or abnormal circumstances to avoid grinder vibration, playing a protective role to the reducer.
Ultrafine grinding mill classifier is mainly composed of bearing frame, shell, impeller assembly, motor base, main shaft, protective shield, impeller and other components. The RPM of motor-driven classifier impeller may be adjusted according to the fineness of different materials.
