Ultrafine Grinding Mill with 21 rollers for 400-2500 mesh powder
Working Principle of Ultrafine Grinding Mill:
Elevator conveys the crushed material (usually less than 10mm) to the feeding hopper, which will be feed into the grinding house by the belt conveyor or screw conveyor. In the grinding house, there are three or four layers of roller and rings to grinding the material step by step. The grinding rollers on the rotary table rotate with the help of central shaft. And there is a flexible gap between roller and ring. When the ultrafine grinding mill works, the rollers will move towards the ring because of centrifugal force. The rollers also rotate around the pin by themselves. The material will be ground the roller and ring. The grinding and crushing comes from the centrifugal force of the grinding roller. And the ring hardness, precision and wear-resistance ability are also important to the grinding force. So the material goes through the gap between the rings and rollers in 3 or 4 layers one by one. The material can be ground into ultrafine powder with higher sieving rate.
The ultrafine powder with required fineness go through the classifier into the pulse-jet collector, and the coarse powder will be fallen down into the grinding chamber to be reground. And the temperature in the grinding house can also be controlled by our special system to improve the whiteness of the powder
Special Features of Ultrafine Grinding Mill:
1. Perfect contact between rollers and ring: The arc or curved surface increases their effective working surface and improves the crushing efficiency. The rollers and rings contact surface and shapes should be consistent and tightly fit, which is good to the production of fine powder.
2. Improved hardness of rollers and rings: this not only guarantees longer working life, but also the powder is not easy to be contaminated.
3. Rotation speed of central shaft can be adjusted according to customer’s requirement.
4. Pulse-jet Collector: 99.99% of the ultrafine powder can be collected, which is also environment-friendly.
Application Range of Ultrafine Grinding Mill
Ultrafine Grinding Mill is widely used to grind any non-metallic minerals with Moh’s hardness below 7 and moisture below 6%, such as talc, calcite, calcium carbonate, dolomite, bentonite, kaolin, graphite, carbon black etc.. The fineness can be adjusted from 0.045mm(325 mesh) to 0.005mm(2500 mesh), whose range is much wider than that of traditional Raymond Mill.
