Dust Collector is one system to filter the dust in Fume / gas. It is mainly used for purifying the dusty gas and recycling materials
Air pulse jet bag filter housing belongs to outdoor-type, and it is composed by enclosure, chamber, ash hopper, discharge system, injection system and automation control system. It has a variety of different specifications according to different combinations of the air filter chamber and indoor air filter bag. The amount of the bags has four series: 32, 64, 96 and 128, and a total of 33 full range specifications; The parameter of the filter bag is 130 mm in diameter and 2500 mm in length; This series of dust collector for negative pressure operation, dust collecting efficiency can reach more than 99.9%, after purification the dust emission concentration of the gas is 10-50 mg/Nm³.

Dust collector let the air go inside through the air inlet to the dust hopper or through the open flange port to the filter bag room. The filtering bag will filter the dust, and the clean air will enter the clean air room through the filtering bag. And then the clean air will be sucked out by the draft fan. The dust will fall onto the surface of the filtering bag, and the resistance of the filtering bag in the dust collector will continue to rise, so we need to regularly remove the dust on the filter bag and clean the dust. At the same time, the PLC periodically starts the pulse valve to spray out the high pressure air into the filtering bag which can shake off the dust.
