Higher collecting efficiency and no environment pollution. The air, which is exhausted out, contains about 1mg/m³. And the collecting efficiency can reach 99.99%.
Air pressure and volume in the collector is more stable. As the powder collected on the surface of filtering bag, the air pressure will not be influenced. Because the pulse device will spay higher pressure air into the filtering bag, which will make the filtering bag vibrate and expand. And the powder will fall into the hopper from the surface of the filtering bag. And the air can go through the filtering bag easily.
Better filtering bag cleaning effect: the PLC system and pulse-jet device can work together to blow air into the filtering bag, which guarantee there will be almost no powder outside of the filtering bag after air-blowing.
