Dust Collector Pleated Filter Cartridge With Higher Air To Cloth Ratio
For this dust collector pleated filter cartridge, there is no various coatings on it for various industries. This pleated filter cartridge is made up of polyester. As we all know, traditional tube filter bags are coated with different materials and the filter area of filter bag is smaller than that of pleated filter cartridge. This polyester media is made-up of high tenacity filament yarn without using any binding agent.
And this pleated filter cartridge is much more stable and durable and also heat-resistant. So this pleated filter cartridge has the features of good pleat ability, high durability, and unique structure of very fine filament which offers high performance in filtration. And this filter cartridge also provides excellent pleat ability, stable structure, better resistance of particle penetration into the media. And this filter cartridge has various design of pleated depths and heights to have desired filtering area.
Structure of pleated filter cartridge:
With the help of metal center and encapsulated with metal caps to form a support for the polyester filter material to be surrounded, this can form a pleated dust collector filter cartridge. The end caps are configured to mount as clean side or dirt side fitment. In case of metal caps these cartridges are supported with soft sponge rubber sealing to ensure positive sealing of filter while fitment.

The filter bag of the traditional bag filter is replaced every 6 months on average, and the service life of the filter cartridge can reach 2 years, which greatly reduces the maintenance of the filter.
