Working Principle of Calcium Carbonate Coating Machine:

Calcium carbonate coating machine includes 3 mixing&scattering chamber, which can rotates in a high speed inside. In this way, modifier and powder can be mixed fully and will not reunite. The calcium carbonate powder and modifier go through the 3 devices one by one. At the same time, the modifier is being sprayed in the spraying room under the control of metering pump, which will be fully mixed with powder.
